Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. This includes gymnastics, weightlifting, conditioning, and mobility. These are the core movements of life and the basis for CrossFit methodology. Whether you are a veteran CrossFit athlete or new to the game – we guarantee that we will help you realize and strive toward your fitness goals.

SWEAT!

In less than an hour come work on your strength and conditioning! This is an excellent program for newcomers and experienced members alike- something for everyone! Expect to see Dumbbells and Kettle Bells plus machine work- rowing, biking and skiing! Perfect for strength training while building your cardio endurance. Come find out what it’s about!

Safe stands for Staying Active through Functional Exercise! This class is for our members who want to get in a quick 30min workout including cardio, bodyweight movements, dumbells and kettlebells based on the athlete’s level of skill and comfortability. Get in, get after it, and move on with your day!
